Bad news for 49ers TE Bruce Miller, he was arrested for allegedly attacking 2 men, one man is said to be 70-years-old?!?

UPDATE [9/7/16]:  Just hours before that altercation and arrest of ex 49ers Bruce Miller, a San Francisco restaurant manager says he had to kick Miller out of his establishment because he got in a fight over a sandwich.

CelebNSports247.com have learned that Not only has the 49ers TE Bruce Miller been arrested for assualt, he was also released by the team.

According to reports, Miller was busted for aggravated assault, elder abuse, threats and battery. His bail has been set at $178K.

We have also learned the Labor Day will go down in history as the day Miller was FIRED from the San Francisco 49ers after he tried entering a room occupied by an elderly couple at Fisherman’s Wharf Marriott Hotel. Miller was intoxicated at the time of the incident.

It gets worse for Miller because this is what he did, when a neighboring guest, the couple’s son, told Miller he was at the wrong room. Bruce Miller charged at him, so the 70-year-old father came to his son’s defense and Miller punched him.

Being that Miller is a professional NFL player and is in his best physical shape, he put both men in the hospital.

TMZ reports:

Miller fled but cops tracked him down across the street at another hotel where he was arrested. The 49ers released a statement, saying:

“The San Francisco 49ers organization is aware of the media report regarding Bruce Miller. We are gathering the relevant facts of this matter and will continue to monitor the situation.”

KTUV was first to report the arrest. Now we just got word that The San Francisco Chronicle reports:

“Around midnight Monday, three hours before his arrest, Miller wandered into the colorful building that houses Tommy’s Joynt at 1101 Geary Blvd. and took a seat at a table near the front, restaurant manager Eddie Martin said.

Miller stared at the buffet line for about 20 minutes, then approached the queue and started arguing with guests over a sandwich, Martin said. No one was hurt, and staff quickly escorted Miller out.

“I believe he wanted their sandwiches,” said Martin, who guessed Miller wanted their popular brisket sandwich. “The guests were great. They were very calm and amused by the situation.””
