The JasmineBRAND reports:

Court docs reveal ATL police say a woman claimed Broner inappropriately groped her at the Lenox Square Mall. The boxer denied the allegations, but after cops spoke to all parties they arrested him. He entered a plea of not guilty.

Following the charges, the woman later filed a civil suit against Broner seeking unspecified damages.

Broner isn’t backing down!

You can clearly see that there was NO groping in the video. This is why Adrien has filed docs in his criminal case demanding the charges against him be dismissed.

He states the reason why is that the charges are:

unconstitutional, illegal, unreasonable

He is also demanding the prosecutors turn over the alleged victim’s entire criminal history, copies of all police reports, all potential witnesses names, any photos or video they have in connection with the investigation, any alleged medical records and other documents relating to the incident.

Broner says he needs all of this to build his defense and for the trial to be fair.

Prosecutors have yet to respond to his demands.
