It appears that Donald De La Haye and his jokes on Youtube just blew up in face like one gigantic shhh bomb. Read on…
Now, Donald De La Haye trying to figure out how he’ll pay for his education. If you recall he was thinking that his Youtube channel was going to make him the money he NEEDED.
The only problem, he NEVER thought for a second that school officials would cancel his scholarship.
De La Haye had been breaking the rules with his Youtube channel. He was making a profit from his videos and now officials and NCAA officials told him to stop monetizing his YouTube page. They also want him to give up some of the profits from the page as part of the NCAA’s rules prohibiting players from cashing in on their images.
De La Haye has over 100k in followers, so he refused to obey the rules. In response to his actions the University of Central Florida decided this week he’s ineligible to play.
For some reason, Donald, was acting like he was doing nothing wrong, and in all realness he wasn’t, but he was breaking the NCAA rules. – TMZ
Bottom line cause and effect – of course, Donald is extremely upset at the situation. He is calling the decision unfair, and believes his scholarship is in the process of being pulled.
Now, Donald’s free ride is gone because he took advantage of the blessing given. He is now stuck like all students who don’t get free rides. Donald said:
“Gotta find some money to pay for school. Gotta scrape it up some how, some way.”
Donald says his only hope is to hire a big shot lawyer. The only problem with that is he can’t afford it. Maybe a gofundme?
Donald should really start rethinking his options since he doesn’t seem to obey the rules.
