Get the details on the flip…

On February 3, 2016 Johnny Manziel’s stint with The Cleveland Browns officially ended once the team announced they released the troubled Johnny Manziel.

The news came two days after the start of the 2016 NFL calendar year. Manziel is now a free agent and available to sign with any team. The big question is whether any team wants him.

Manziel said through a publicist:

“I’d like to thank the Browns for the opportunity they gave me nearly two years ago. We all hoped that we were building what could be a championship team for Cleveland.”

“I will always remember the support I received from the organization, my teammates and especially the fans.”

Fast Forward a month to now since Manziel is now saying that he will be back to play in the NFL despite his recently domestic violence investigation if Fort Worth/Dallas, Texas.

The quarterback believes that he will he get another chance in the NFL, but that comes down to what happens with his grand jury domestic violence case.

Here is what BSO had to say on Manziel:

If they decide not to charge him, he will be free and clear. I can see a team taking a chance on him at a very low salary to see if he can get his life back together.  If he is charged but takes a plea deal, he will probably be suspended by the NFL and that is just something teams are not going to want to take on. –

All things considered, it’s not far-fetched to think pro football may no longer have a place in Manziel’s future.

But don’t tell him that because Manziel is optimistic that he will still be able to play in the NFL. He was recently spotted leaving The Nice Guy restaurant in West Hollywood, Calif., when he fielded a question from a TMZ Sports photographer saying to TMZ cameras when asked if he will play again?

Johnny replied:

“Of course, my man.”

“My TMZ family — I appreciate you, bro, I appreciate you. To my mom back at home, Tyler, Texas, we love you, all of you. … Gig ’em Aggies.”

If NOT you can always catch Manziel partying with Scott Disick in the club just about every night.
