Panthers Set To Release Eric Reid!

CelebNSports247.com reports that the latest NFL player to get the boot from the Panthers is safety Eric Reid.

Panthers safety Eric Reid tool to Twitter on Wednesday afternoon and said goodbye.

Reid kept this professional saying:

It’s been a pleasure Carolina! I enjoyed my time and the support I received from the fans, media, teammates, and staff there will be remembered. Looking forward to furthering my career in another city!

The move comes a little more than a year after Reid signed a three-year deal with the Panthers.

Apparently, Eric does not fit in with head coach Matt Rhule’s vision of the team.

Joe Kenn even weighed in on Reid being released from the Panthers.

He stated that it was “Very Surprising” news after Reid played so hard for the team.
