CelebNSports247.com has just got word that Roy Jones Jr has already met with Anderson Silva and a group of investors prepared to hammer out details.

Roy Jones Jr says that the only thing standing in the way of the fight going down is UFC President Dana White.

Roy told TMZ:

“Anderson wants it, I want it, so the only obstacle is Dana giving him the OK.”

Jones is hoping that Silva gets the same deal as McGregor. He says that Conor could have a one-off boxing match with Floyd Mather, so Anderson should be allowed to get the same. Especially since he’s a one of the all-time greats in the UFC.

Jones Jr announced the fight saying:

“I’ll be entering the ring one last time for my hometown crowd in Pensacola, Florida. I’m going to be fighting former WBC United States National Champion Scott “Cujo” SIgmon (30-11). This bout is scheduled for 10 rounds at Cruiserweight and will headline @islandfights 46, a stacked Hybrid card featuring both Professional MMA & Boxing all in the same night.”
