The report is coming from ESPN and multiple reports that The Jets will also receive a seventh-round pick in exchange for a fifth-round pick in this month’s NFL Draft.

CelebNSports247.com have learned via Sporting News, the following about Ryan Clady after the news that left tackle after D’Brickashaw Ferguson decided to retire this week after 10 seasons.

Clady, who missed the 2015 season with a torn ACL, became expendable after the Broncos signed former Seattle Seahawks tackle Russell Okung last month. The Broncos could have released Clady, who has another two years remaining on his five-year, $52.5 million contract that included contains $33 million guaranteed, but wanted to get something for the 29-year-old.

The Jets will restructure Clady’s contract, according to Pro Football Talk. Clady will reportedly get $6 million with $3 million guaranteed for 2016 with the Jets holding a $10 million option for 2017.

Denver selected Clady with the 12th overall pick of the 2008 draft. Trading him clears up almost $9 million in cap space for the Broncos. The extra space could help in negotiations with 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, for whom the they are trying to trade, but did not have the cap room for his salary.
