Tyrann Mathieu Weighs In On Will Smith’s Alleged Killer

Arizona Cardinals free safety Tyrann Mathieu breaks down why Will Smith was shot dead on Saturday night in New Orleans, CelebNsports247.com has learned!

Tyrann Mathieu tweeted that Will Smith’s killer Cardale Hayes was a hating ass coward. Mathieu has appeared on a lot of radio shows today speaking passionately about the violence in New Orleans.

Mathieu revealed that he knows Cardell Hayes, the man allegedly responsible for Smith’s death late Saturday night after a traffic accident.

He tweeted:

“I know that dude, he been a hating ass coward…. Never knew he’d grow up to be a killer tho…. May you get what you deserve coward.”

Tyrann was recently asked how he could help the New Orleans Saints and fix the problems in New Orleans.

Mathieu weighed in on Smith’s death and why he is speaking out:

“It’s senseless. I’ve lost several uncles, I’ve lost my best friend to gun violence in New Orleans. I felt it was my duty to speak up and to say something about it.”

Mathieu added:

Smith “was a hero to us.”

“He brought us a championship to New Orleans. He won a national championship at Ohio State. He did so much for our community.”

Mathieu weighed in on the lack of opportunities for youth in New Orleans, saying all kids were affected.

While on the Rich Eisen shows he admits that he is fearful when he goes to New Orleans and has already received death threats from Hayes’ family over what he said on social media.

He adds:

“How can we help these kids? How can we get these kids to realize there are only so few Lil Waynes? Everybody can’t be Lil Wayne. Some of us have to pick up a book. All of us aren’t gifted athletically … Some of us have to strive in other areas of our life to be great. And it doesn’t mean we have to make millions of dollars.”

“And it’s time for me to speak up. It’s time for me to reach out and to let these kids know ‘Hey, you don’t have to be a football player. You don’t have to be a rapper to make it out of those situations.’ What you have to have is motivation and you have to have drive.”

In regards to Will Smith’s death, Tyrann Mathieu continued weighing in saying that this is a very scary situation, that just by speaking out your life is in danger. Everyone please be safe out there.
