The Buffalo Bills have agreed to terms with Jon Feliciano on a three-year extension.

The Bills have agreed to deals for linebacker Matt Milano and then offensive lineman Daryl Williams. Would there be room for Feliciano under Buffalo’s shrinking salary cap?
