CelebNSports247.com reports that during the Golden State Warriors Game 2 battle against the Clippers DeMarcus Cousins had to head back through the tunnel with an injury.

This is NOT what the Warriors need during the playoff is they plan to go all the way this year.

DeMarcus Cousins apparently injured his left leg while trying to make a steal.

Here is what we have learned:

Cousins deflected an errant pass from the Clippers’ Danilo Gallinari and tried to run the ball down on the other side of the court, but lost his footing and came down hard on the ground.

The Warriors announced shortly afterward that Cousins would not return to the game and will get an MRI sometime in the next 24 hours.
