Christiano Ronaldo Accusers claims that the Juventus forward’s team coerce her into signing a settlement and nondisclosure agreement in 2009. She claims she received $375,000 in exchange for her silence; her lawsuit seeks to void the settlement and agreement.
The Sun reports:
Ronaldo’s accuser’s lawyer Leslie Stovall has responded to the footballer’s denials claiming her client wants to empower other women to take action against “wealthy, famous or powerful” men, reports CNN.
Model-turned teacher Mayorga took legal action In 2010 – reportedly receiving a settlement of £287,000 – over the alleged assault at the Palms Casino Resort suite a year earlier.
In a statement, Stovall said Her client wanted to hold the footballer accountable and protect other women.
Christiano’s lawyers are calling the accusations “blatantly illegal,” according to a German news outlet.
On Friday, his legal team released a statement which read:

It violates the personal rights of our client Cristiano Ronaldo in An exceptionally serious way. This is an inadmissible reporting of suspicions in the area of the privacy. It would therefore already be unlawful to reproduce this reporting.
We have been instructed to immediately assert all existing claims under Press law against SPIEGEL, in particular, compensation for moral damages in an amount corresponding to the gravity of the infringement, which is probably one of the most serious violations of personal rights in recent years.
In addition, Christiano Ronaldo Accusers went-to the Las Vegas Police Department later that day and was examined in hospital.
Evidence of the alleged rape was documented and photographed.
In fact, there are photos on the internet thanks to paparazzi who snapped Ronaldo, 24, with Mayorga, 25, a budding model trying to make it. The photos are of the couple chatting before he invited her and a friend to his penthouse suite. The same room, 57306 at the Palms, where the alleged sexual assault took place.
Mayorga claims that Christiano invited them up “to enjoy the view of the Las Vegas Strip.”
Women, if you fall for a line like that and don’t think sex is part of the equation then you are dumber that we thought.
Here are a couple lines to say “No” to:
- I want to make you breakfast = sex
- Come enjoy the view = sex
- Would you like to come in for a cup of coffee = sex
- Can you come in, I just wanna talk = sex
- Lets study in my room = sex
- I like you and I want to get to know you better = sex
- Come over we cool right? Here’s my number = sex
- We good right? Cool, lets get out of here. = sex
If you say yes to any of those you are putting yourself in a situation, unless you want to have sex. Which also means, stop using the #MeToo movement as a vice to get revenge or collect a check.
