Both Pero Antic And Thabo Sefolosha were arrested on obstruction and disorderly conduct.

The incident happened right after Indiana Pacers player, Chris Copeland and his girlfriend Katrine Saltara, who were stabbed outside of NYC celebrity hot spot 1OAK in the morning hours on April 8. 15.

It is being reported that a  judge decided the cop who pushed him during a 2015 incident didn’t use excessive force. Antic and Sefolosha both sued the NYPD claiming cops got unnecessarily violent with them on the street.

Why is Pero Antic losing his L?

Officials initially said Antic grabbed an officer on the shoulder while the cop was trying to arrest Thabo. Antic claims the cop pushed him to the ground.

After his arrest, Antic SLAPPED the NYPD in upwards of $25 million for damages sustained. Unfortunately, the judge has shot down Antic’s case essentially saying the officer had to make a split-second decision and his actions were not unreasonable. Plus, the judge points out Antic was not injured as a result.

Antic’s attorney, Derek Sells, who says he’s disappointed in the judge’s decision and considering an appeal had this comment on the decision:

“We believe there are questions of fact that should be determined by a jury.”

In April of this year,  Thabo Sefolosha was awarded $4 million from NYPD since his leg was broken by police during that incident.
