Raiders Turning Backs on Oakland for is hearing that the Oakland Raiders will have a temporary home as they wait for their permanent stadium in Las Vegas to be completed in 2020.

What we are hearing is that the Raiders would rather leave Oakland for the 2019/20 season since the city filed a federal lawsuit against the team and the NFL.

The Daily Mail reports:

Raider Nation is currently in talks with Tottenham regarding the possibility of playing its home games there next year.

You might say that it is a very long way from Oakland. And you’re right, but the Raiders are playing with the city.

NFL commentator and writer Ray Glazer revealed:

London is now an option for the Raiders. It is being discussed for them to play there next year. They are still One thing for sure, Jon Gruden wouldn’t be a fan of the idea as he stated this year prior to traveling to London for a regular-season game in 2018.

Gruden said:

I hope I can make it, honestly. I’m not great. I get claustrophobic. My son was a weightlifter and he won a powerlifting competition in Belarus. I had to fly for 14 hours. I had to fly home 14 hours. I had vertigo for a month. I couldn’t even lay down, the house was spinning. I am hoping I don’t get vertigo. I’m not a great traveler.

This is sad because the Raiders are showing fans they don’t care about all the years of support.

Of course, it’s being spun that the “lease on the Oakland-Alameda Coliseum has expired and their new stadium in Las Vegas will not be completed before the 2020 season.”

We will see how this plays out.
