Vince Wilfork Son Arrested For Codeine; UOH Kicks Him Off Team

CelebNSports247.com has learned that Vince Wilfork Son, D’Aundre Holmes-Wilfork now faces up to 20 YEARS in prison.

We know this must be extremely embarrassing for the Houston Texans nose tackle. We bet Vince Wilfork will make sure his son is on a short leash from now on. And where did he get the codine? We hope it wasn’t something he stole from his father. Vince Wilfork looks like the type of dad who will be getting to the bottom of this mess!

Wilfork’s 19-year-old son was arrested last week when he was caught read handed with a BUNCH of codeine.

The University of Houston football safety, D’Aundre Holmes-Wilfork, was in a 2011 Kia that was pulled over for a routine traffic stop in Friendswood, Texas around midnight on Dec. 21st.

According to the police report:

Cops found 381 grams of codeine, arresting D’Aundre Holmes-Wilfork on the spot for possession of substance in penalty group 4. Its considered a felony!

Things don’t look good for Vince Wilfork Son, D’Aundre Holmes-Wilfork. If convicted, D’Aundre faces 2 to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

That is NOT it, to make things even worse, Vince Wilfork’s son has been booted from the University of Houston football team.

The Houston athletic department has released this statement via TMZ:

“We are aware of the situation and D’Aundre (Holmes-Wilfork) is no longer a part of the Houston Football program.”

We’re told this is a direct result of D’Aundre’s arrest in Friendswood, Texas on December 21.

His dreams of the NFL are now RUINED! D’Aundre was a freshman walk-on for the Cougars, though he never stepped on the field this season.

Vince Wilfork had this to say about D’Aundre graduating:

“Just like to say congratulations to my son on his high school graduation. Seems like yesterday u was a young lil snotty nose lil Booger and look at you now. Graduation from high school and heading into your next chapter in life of college. Very very proud father today to have my son walk. One of the best feelings a parent can have.
