CelebNSports247.com reports that a woman claims she was forcibly raped on Feb. 4 in the Columbus, Ohio area by two Buckeye players.
The players are senior corner Amir Riep and senior safety Jahsen Wint.
Here is what we’ve learned:
The woman claims she went over to Riep and Wint’s apartment to watch a movie, but was later restrained by both men and forced to have vaginal and oral sex, according to legal docs.
Both football players were booted from the OSU team just hours after they were arrested. Now they are facing up to three decades in prison over the allegations.
If this is true in any way both Amir Riep and Jahsen Wint’s world is OVER!
In addition to what we have learned, the two men were hit with 3 felony charges apiece:
- two counts of rape
- one count of kidnapping.
Franklin County District Attorney Ron O’Brien said:
If convicted on these charges, both men face a maximum consecutive term of 33 years of incarceration as well as registration of sex offenders.
The two men are due back in court for a hearing on the case next month.
For Ohio State’s part, head coach Ryan Day he kicked the two off his team.
He stated:
I am not making any statement on the criminal charges, but it is clear they did not live up to our standards and my expectations.
