Cincinnati.com reports:
Jones has been sentenced to 180 days in jail for assaulting a security guard at an Over-the-Rhine nightclub in February.
But Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Gwen Bender suspended all but 30 days of the term when she sentenced him on Nov. 8.
Jones, 38, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor assault charge on Aug. 16.
He was accused of punching and kicking a security guard at Clutch OTR on Vine Street the morning of Feb. 15. Court documents say the security guard lost consciousness.
