Bengals Safety Chinedum Ndukwe SUING Woman Alleged Extortion Attempt

CelebNSports247.com reports that the woman alleges that Ndukwe kissed and groped her during a work meeting.

Cincinnati.com reports the sexual assault allegations were reported to Cincinnati police Aug. 24, a report shows, two days after the woman says Ndukwe groped and kissed her at a work meeting, then later forced his hand into her pants and touched her genitals.

No charges have been filed against Ndukwe, who owns a Cincinnati-based real estate and development firm, Kingsley and Company. Police records say an investigation is pending.

Here is what else we have learned:

On Thursday, Ndukwe sued the woman, her husband and their Atlanta-based attorneys “proactively,” a statement said, to challenge false claims that “would harm my personal and professional reputation.”

Ndukwe’s lawsuit said the woman’s attorneys demanded $10 million. It says they “made it clear that they would immediately file a civil complaint if (Ndukwe) did not meet their demands.”

TMZ reports, “the woman’s attorney says the allegation against Ndukwe is 100% real … and he was the one who tried to buy her off in the first place. In his suit, the 34-year-old — who now runs a real estate and development firm — says the woman and her attorney sent him a demand letter earlier this month seeking $10 million or else she would file a civil suit against him and pursue criminal charges.”

The accuser’s attorney James Walker spoke with Cincinnati.com and told them the former safety is twisting all the facts.

Jane Doe claims she was an intern at Ndukwe’s real estate business over the summer — and says Ndukwe sexually assaulted her.

She also claims Ndukwe slipped her an envelope with $1,000 in cash after the incident in the hopes of buying her silence.”

Ndukwe has issued a statement saying he will “vigorously fight these false claims to prove my innocence.”
