Yes, Brandon Jennings agent spilled the news this morning that his client sees greener pastures with the Hornets. See, Jennings was waived by the New York Knicks this morning after a disappointing season coming off the bench.

“SVG says Brandon Jennings is headed to Charlotte, says he spoke this AM with Brandon’s agent.”

He only averaged 12.5 points and 7.2 assists per 36 minutes on 38 percent shooting from the field. Not too great.

However, Jennings will be a good fit for the Hornets backing up Kemba Walker this year, who has a 12.2 PER and a 42.0 effective field goal percentage. Don’t think for a second that Jennings is just another average back-up, that is a misguided thought.

He has been struggling since he was injured and still battles with an Achilles tear from two seasons ago.
