CelebNSports247.com reports that the former Atlanta Falcons Brian Banks who is said to have masturbated in front of his maid has been SLAPPED with a lawsuit.

The Blast reports that a woman named Lidija Jovanovic claims Banks contacted her on February 12, 2018 in response to her advertisement for house cleaning services. She says he booked her for the following day.

According to court documents obtained by the site, says Jovanovic claims Banks locked his “attack dog” in the upstairs bedroom so that she could clean his apartment in peace.

She claims:

During the course of her cleaning, Banks “sat on the couch, took his penis out of his pants, began masturbating in front of Plaintiff, and stated, ‘Don’t mind me, just continue cleaning.’”

Jovanovic says she tried to ignore Banks but the reportedly 6’3? tall and weighs 250 pounds hunk, turned his laptop towards her to show that he was watching pornography.

She claims that she was “fearful for her safety” and freaked out when he asked her “to help him masturbate.”

She adds that when she declined Banks responded by bringing his “attack dog” downstairs to intimidate her.

Jovanovic says she agreed to sit next to Banks on his couch and claims he again tried to coerce her to help him masturbate. She says she again refused and just wanted to leave.

Lidija Jovanovic adds:

In response. Defendant astonishingly asked to pay Plaintiff for sex.

Since the incident, Lidija is claiming to be traumatized by the incident and suffering from nightmares and PTSD.

Her claim in the legal docs also say:

[Lidija is] no longer cleaning homes alone, fearful she might get assaulted or raped.

She is suing for $10,000,000 in damages.

Just last week, Brian took to social media to explain that he “never asked for this.”

He writes:

To be wrongfully accused, wrongfully charged, and ultimately wrongfully convicted for something I didn’t do. I never wanted my life attached to a rape case. I didn’t ask to go to prison, be tortured, left alone, and forgotten. Some see me as the opposite of what women are fighting for today. From them, you won’t hear of my Mothers nightmares and struggle, my families demise, or how a 16yr old child almost lost his life.
