CelebnSports247.com reports that the Denver Broncos have been regarded as a team that could pursue Deshaun Watson in a trade this offseason.
However, amid all of the rumors taking place this offseason, Jerry Jeudy spoke about the possible opportunity to have Watson as his quarterback, via Denver7’s Troy Renck.
The constantly swirling rumors surrounding disgruntled Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson and his inevitable trade have now picked up a gust of wind and is blowing toward Denver.
Jeudy was a guest on a radio show, Bart and Hahn, and may have slipped up by saying he’d be very open to the possibility of having Watson join the team.
Jerry told Bart and Hahn:
It would be exciting to have Deshaun Watson there. You know he’s a great quarterback. He’s had a great career at Houston. We are looking forward to a decision.
Rumors surrounding the Broncos have ramped up this week after Kareem Jackson told TMZ Sports that DeShaun Watson has told him he’d be interested in playing in Denver. Jackson was a former teammate of Watson’s when the veteran defensive back played with the Houston Texans.
The Crimson Tide product reeled in 52 passes for 856 yards and three touchdowns. Not too impressive.
