A lot of QBs scramble, very few run out of pocket and avoid major career-ending injuries.

When you look at the top quarterback in NFL history the are predominantly caucasian quarterbacks. Black quarterbacks are normally injured early on and lose their opportunity to make it to the super bowl or last long enough to be on the top NFL QB list in history.
