If you recall the incident, Clemons punched the woman in the face after she and one of Clemons’ female friends got into an argument outside a nightclub in Scottsdale in May 2016. He was defending his girl, but he’s the one paying the price.
It was reported by TMZ that Clemons initially faced 6 months in county jail, but was handed a 10 day jail sentence, with 5 days suspended. Essentially this means that Clemons will only be locked up for 5 days, with the caveat that he stays out of trouble. He was with the Arizona Cardinals at the time of the incident. In September of 2016 he was cut and is currently a free agent.
