Before you say damn that is expensive, take note that Kaepernick paid $2.7 million in 2014. The mansion is 4,600 square foot, so you can say it’s a bit spacious for some.

However, theses days everyone wants bigger and better.

The place is pretty sick … its a gated two-story house, 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a dope billiards room, a bar, an office (where he currently displays his trophies), a foyer with an aquarium in the wall!

The property, which is 22,000 square feet, also includes a bar, waterfall swimming pool, jacuzzi, entertainment room, and renovated kitchen, according to the listing.
