It seems odd that Conor McGregor is finally apologizing for sucker-punching a man in the head at a pub in Ireland after he published cute videos of his daughter’s christening.
Maybe it has something to do with the man who was sucker-punched in the head wanting justice served against McGregor?
Despite what the man wants, Conor is singing a new tune saying:
I was in the wrong.
The UFC superstar is speaking out 1 week after the video of the incident surfaced on the Internet and telling ESPN’s Ariel Helwani that there was no excuse for his behavior.
McGregor said:
I mean, in reality, it doesn’t matter what happened there. I was in the wrong. That man deserved to enjoy his time in the pub without having it to end the way it did.
He adds:
I need to just stop reacting to the bait, people are trying to bait me into things.
No, Conor maybe start acting like a man and dust it off. Don’t waste your rage and talent on innocent people. Get paid for it in the Octagon.
Conor says he’s trying his hardest to change and be a better person. We will see about that.
