CelebNSports247.com has the latest on the Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott who has apparently been offered a contract that would put him right behind Todd Gurley’s deal.
According to ESPN reporter Ed Werder, the Cowboys’ latest offer to Ezekiell Elliott is worth more than Le’Veon Bell’s contract with the Jets but less than Todd Gurley’s with the Rams.
On Thursday, Werder revealed the team offered their disgruntled running back a contract that would put him right behind Todd Gurley’s deal, which would make him the 2nd-highest-paid running back in the entire league. That would put his annual salary between $13.125M and $14.375M.
Sources: The most recent offer in negotiations between holdout Ezekiel Elliott and the Cowboys came from the team. Elliott has been offered a contract making him one of the NFL’s 2 highest-paid RB. That would suggest team offering more than LeVeon Bell and less than Todd Gurley.

The 6? 0? 225 lbs 24-year-old hunk is still training in Cabo San Lucas amid his ongoing contract holdout with the Cowboys, which began at the start of training camp. So lets see if Zeke will accept it or go for more. At the end of the day its all depends on guaranteed dollars.
Elliott rushed for 1,434 yards on 304 carries (4.7 YPC) to go along with 77 receptions for 567 yards receiving and nine touchdowns during the 2018 season.
Zeke is under contract through 2020. He is set to make $3.85 million in 2019 and $9.1 million in 2020 if he doesn’t receive a new contract.
