Ian Rapoport reported on Tuesday that the Texans and Nick Caserio have reached an agreement for him to become their next general manager.
Rapoport said:

Hours after the Houston Texans QB Deshaun Watson took to Twitter and appeared to react negatively to the news.

Social media seems to think Watson’s tweet might actually be about the decision not to charge any officers in the Jacob Blake shooting. The news was announced today.
But the timing Deshaun’s tweet just might just be coincidental about the news his team hired a new GM.
