SPORTS BITES, Congrats goes out to #88, Dez Bryant for tying Micheal Irvin’s Cowboys TD List. On the flip, Ex NFLer Busted For Starting Juvi Fight Club!?!
Flip and get the tea on Dallas Cowboys Dez Bryant and former NFL baller Johan O. Asiata…
A big congrats goes to Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant for tying Michael Irvin’s Cowboys touchdown list!
Yes, Dez Bryant did it tonight when the Dallas Cowboys beat the Minnesota Vikings. The Cowboys icon got an up-close look at Dez Bryant tying his team record for career touchdown receptions with his 65th score in the Cowboys’ 17-15 win.
When the Dallas Cowboys drafted Dez Bryant with the No. 24 overall pick in the 2010 draft, Jerry Jones and company decided to give him the same number as a couple of Cowboys legends to see if he could live up to the #88.
It’s clear that Dez has done just that. He took the challenge head on. Dez has been one of the best receivers in the NFL pretty much from the moment he stepped on the field, and that’s continued throughout his career
On Thursday night against the Vikings, Bryant had what had to be a pretty special moment: he caught the 66th touchdown pass of his NFL career, tying him with Irvin for second place on the Cowboys’ all-time list.
Irvin congratulated Bryant during the game and sent a message to the star wideout – from one 88 to another.
Irvin said:
“Right here in this end zone is where Dez Bryant just tied my touchdown record with the Dallas Cowboys. I’m going to take some of [the end-zone turf] with me.”
Love being at my @Dallascowboys vs @Viking game. I got to see my son @DezBryant tie me with his 65th TD. Congrats 88????? pic.twitter.com/eVEuDIuHMt

Wait, What??? Ex NFLer Busted for Starting Teen Fight Club at Youth Center!?!
This is disturbing on so many levels, but former NFL player turned Prison Guard Johan O. Asiata just crossed the line.
The former Chicago Bears offensive lineman Johan O. Asiata just got BUSTED for starting a teen fight club at a youth center. Asiata is among four corrections officers at the Illinois Youth Center in St. Charles, Ill., who were indicted on multiple counts by a Kane County grand jury.
McMahon told The Daily Beast via TerezOwens:
“Correctional facilities are not supposed to be nice pleasant places,”
He adds:
“But they’re also not supposed to be places where people are exposed to harm from correctional employees.”
The Daily Beast reported Asiata joined the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice as a “special intern.”
We guess Johan O. Asiata misses the on field violence playing in the NFL?
Thoughts?
