CelebNSports247.com has the latest news regarding Ed Hartwell’s fight for custody over actress Keshia Knight Pulliam’s daughter has ended!
TheJasmineBRAND reports:
Earlier this year, Ed Hartwell reportedly appealed a ruling that gave the Cosby Show star primary custody of their two-year-old daughter Ella Grace Hartwell, along with child support. He also appealed a previous court order which denied him a new trial.
The judge’s decision came despite Hartwell’s claims that Keshia Knight Pulliam took their child out of the state when he was supposed to be visiting with her. He said for one of those trips, Pulliam went to back Bill Cosby during his trial as he was accused of sexual assault.
Hartwell also accused Pulliam of keeping their daughter from him when she filmed “Celebrity Big Brother” in 2018. Interestingly enough, Pulliam begged to be evicted from the show as she was concerned her child didn’t have enough breast milk.
Well, it appears that Hartwell’s claims were NOT strong enough to hold up in court. He was unable to convince the court to grant him an appeal.
The two have been going back in forth in and out of court for almost two years.
What do you think about Ed Hartwell discretionary appeal being shut down by a judge? Did he have ground to stand on?
