Ex Michigan State Baller Keith Appling Charged With Murder!
A former captain of the Michigan State University basketball team was charged with murder Monday in the fatal shooting of a family member.
CelebnSports247.com reports that Keith Appling 29, is accused of killing Clyde Edmonds, a 66-year-old-man.
Former college athlete, Keith Appling was charged with first-degree murder Monday in connection to a shooting in Detroit on May 22.
The Wayne County prosecutor’s office said:
It is alleged that Appling had an argument with Mr. Edmonds over a handgun, and he fatally shot the victim multiple times before he fled the scene.

On Monday, the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Appling faces charges of first-degree murder, felon in possession of a firearm, and two counts of felony firearm.
Appling’s girlfriend, Natalie Brooks Bannister, will also be charged with one count of accessory after the fact and one count of lying to a peace officer in the case.
Police state Appling got into a verbal argument with Edmonds over a handgun at a Detroit residence on May 22nd. The argument turned physical and Appling fired multiple shots at Edmonds. Police found Edmonds on the scene with multiple gunshot wounds.
The 29-year-old played four seasons at Michigan State from 2010-14 before a brief stint in the NBA with the Orlando Magic during the 2015-16 season.
