Ezekiel Elliott Loses Domestic Violence Appeal Details:
Even though, Zeke gave his side of the story while under oath, about his his then-girlfriend, Tiffany Thompson and her jealousy antics to get a rise out of him. No matter what Zeke said, it appears that the lawyer who’s repped the NFLPA on several landmark appeals including DeflateGate had already made up their minds to suspend.
It didn’t matter that Henderson denied a request to have Thompson testify at the appeal proceeding. Nor did it matter that the NFL-appointed arbitrator barred the introduction of notes and materials gathered in the NFL’s interviews with Thompson. Because at the end of the day, Zeke will be suspended due to “substantial evidence.”

Zeke’s legal team says:
“We are extremely disappointed with Mr. Henderson’s inability to navigate through league politics, and follow the evidence and, most importantly, his conscience.”
The Cowboys Running back isn’t stopping there, he will be taking this to a federal court. He plans to ask a judge to reduce his suspension.
Zeke reps said:
Zeke “is looking forward to having his day in federal court where the playing field will be level and the NFL will have to answer for its unfair and unjust practices.”
