CelebNSports247.com has also learned that Floyd Mayweather revealed that he’s planning to submit the paperwork to get licensed as a pro MMA fighter.
We imagine the fight will be taking place in Floyd’s city of Las Vegas, but there is no confirmation yet.
Mayweather said:
Everything takes time. Eventually, we’re gonna apply for the license, and hopefully we can fight.
There is no word on when exactly Floyd’s applying — or beginning his MMA training with UFC champ Tyron Woodley.
What we have learned is that Floyd will NEED 6 – 8 months of training to get Octagon ready, according to TBE.
TBE states:
Even if it takes 6 to 8 months — whatever it takes. We want to make sure that everything is done correctly.
