According to reports Zac Stacy is now facing five more criminal charges stemming from his attack on his ex-girlfriend in August…

CelebnSports247.com reports that on Wednesday prosecutors have charged the former NFL running back with three counts of misdemeanor domestic violence battery as well as two counts of misdemeanor criminal mischief following an alleged physical altercation with Evans over rent money.

The charges are separate from the two felony charges, aggravated battery and criminal mischief, he faces from a violent attack on Evans in November that was caught on video.

Evans detailed the alleged August attack in a restraining order application.

She wrote:

He physically assaulted me several times because he wanted the money back he gave me for our rent. He punched my legs, slapped me, picked me up by my arms, and threw me into my window, which broke. I had glass in my feet that I removed myself.

The 30-year-old Alabama native told police the November attack was “staged,” which Evans vehemently denied.

Evans said at the time:

This is what abusers do. They will make you seem like you’re the crazy one and that they’re the victim.
