Boxing Champion Gervonta Davis Expected To Receive Lengthy Jail Sentence!

CelebnSports247.com has learned that Gervonta Davis is expected to find out his fate this week after winning his anticipated clash with Ryan Garcia on April 22nd.
Gervonta Davis has made himself one of the sport’s star attractions with 29 wins and 27 KOs. But now he is making a name for himself for leaving the scene of an accident caused by him. SMH!
According to reports by TPS, Davis pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a November 2020 hit-and-run in Baltimore, Maryland. The crash injured a pregnant woman and three other people.
If you recall, Davis, the undefeated boxer and secondary WBA lightweight champion, pleaded guilty to four counts in February stemming from the crash. Davis pleaded guilty to the following charges: leaving the scene of an accident involving bodily injury, failing to notify of property damage, driving with a revoked license and running a red light.
He reportedly agreed to battle Garcia in a blockbuster on the provision that his final hearing occurred in the aftermath.
Here is what Tank is facing:
• Four counts of failure to immediately return. To remain at the scene of an accident involving bodily injury. One year.
• One count of failure of the driver involved in an accident to render reasonable assistance to an injured person. 60 days.
• One count of failure of vehicle driver involved in an accident to furnish req. ID and license. 60 days.
• One count of vehicle driver’s failure in an accident to exhibit license to police. 60 days.
• One count of vehicle driver’s failure involved in an accident to report to the nearest police. 60 days.
• One count of failure of vehicle driver in an accident to locate. Also, notify the owner of the unattended property of damage. 60 days.
• One count of vehicle driver’s failure in an accident to furnish required ID information in writing on unattended vehicle property. 60 days.
• One count of the person driving a motor vehicle on a highway on a suspended license and privilege. One year.
• One count of the person driving a motor vehicle on a highway with revoked license and privilege. One year.
• One count of driving a motor vehicle on the highway without the required license and authorization. 60 days.
Gervante, 28, sentencing is scheduled for May 5.
Davis reportedly drove away from a Baltimore club in a Lamborghini on November 5th. He had a police escort with him. He would still run a red light, striking the passenger side of another vehicle. The prosecution said that Davis made eye contact with one of the four crash victims, a pregnant woman named Jyair Smith, before fleeing the scene.
Why make eye contact and then run? Was Tank afraid, or did he know how much he had to lose if found guilty of this crime?
It appears he will learn his fate by the hands of a Baltimore judge today May 5, while the rest of the world celebrates Cinco De Mayo.
