Former Basketball Wives Gloria Govan is refusing to give up on her sons battling Matt Barnes!

While Matt Barnes may have won the battle in his child custody case. Matt has continued to prove that his sons are in a safe and structured environment.

CelebNSports247.com reports that Gloria Govan filed new docs through her lawyer to clarify her actions, and its effect on her children.

If you recall, we previously reported that Gloria Govan was a threat to her son’s safety after she recklessly drove in front of Matt Barnes during their co-parenting exchange.

Since the incident where Gloria Govan was arrested on the spot while trying to make Matt Barnes look bad, police saw the problem was her all along.

Now, Govan says any “alleged danger to the children” stems from her issue with her ex Matt Barnes. We understand that she is angry with him, but she should have NEVER done that around her boys because it’s reckless. She proves to be an unfit mother when she acks up like that. Life is not an episode for BBWs and sorry to burst her bubble but there are no cameras to catch the action.

Since the incident, Matt has a temporary restraining order against Gloria and she can’t come within 100 yards of him. In addition, Gloria has a child services personnel with her when visiting the kids. And she can no longer take her boys anywhere unless she gets permission from Matt. You might say he is wearing the pants again and she hates every second of it.

Although she says she is unable to defend herself in the custody case because of the criminal investigation into her child endangerment felony, she is still pleading for primary custody.

Her attorney is trying to paint a perfect picture saying, Govan has had two monitored visits since the order’s been set and she says she received great reviews.

Her attorney adds:

Gloria has “maintained a safe environment for the twins at all times, especially while they were in the pool.”
