Talk about screwing up, Johnny Manziel Attorney Did A Big Oops when he accidentally texted an AP reporter about Johnny’s domestic violence case, alleged drug use and more!!!
Flip and find out more about Johnny Manziel’s Attorney…
CelebNSports247.com has learned that AP reporter had reached out to Bob Hinton seeking a comment on Johnny’s hit-and-run case and he got all the legalities he wasn’t supposed to see.
Talk about screwing up big time!
The message was intended for another attorney but Bob Hinton got it all first hand, so he reported it. Here are the bullets of Johnny Manziel’s hit-and-run case:
— Hinton said his team are seeking a plea deal in the Colleen Crowley domestic violence case … and that the D.A. is “very interested in working with us to arrive at some agreement.”
— Hinton suggested Manziel would be in trouble if one of the terms of the plea deal included drug testing … saying, “Heaven help us if one of the conditions is to pee in a bottle.”
— In the text, Hinton also refers to a receipt from a Dallas head shop called The Gas Pipe — suggesting Johnny spent $1,018.77 at the shop, which sells everything from pipes to bongs and other stoner stuff.
— Hinton also said there was “conflict” as to whether Johnny actually went to police after his alleged hit-and-run crash Monday night.
FOX News reports:
An attorney handling Johnny Manziel’s domestic violence case accidentailly was caught with his pants down. We mean his attorney expressed doubts that the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback couldn’t stay clean. What makes this sad it that Johnny’s own father said his “druggie” son deserved to go to jail.
Ouch!
On Friday, Paul Manziel told ESPN:
“I don’t know what to say other than my son is a druggie and he needs help. He just hasn’t [sought] it yet. Hopefully he doesn’t die before he comes to his senses. That’s about all you can say. I don’t know what else to say,”
“I mean, I hate to say it, but I hope he goes to jail. I mean, that would be the best place for him.”
Meanwhile, TMZ Sports reported, the Dallas PD initially said they had no report of an accident involving Manziel … but hours later said they did. It was weird, or were they covering it up?
We also heard that Manziel’s lawyer threatened to sue AP if they published the info from the accidental texts.
Yeah, that didn’t work!
