CelebnSports247.com reports that Pittsburgh Steelers Wide Receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has taken a massive pay cut just so he could return on a 1-year deal.
Earlier this week JuJu Smith-Schuster wrote a note to his Steelers fans saying goodbye. This may have to do with reports that the Steelers were not going to resign JuJu.
That’s all water under the bridge now, because things have changed and JuJu is going nowhere.
We received word via NFL Network correspondent Taylor Bisciotti who revealed:
JuJu Smith-Schuster is returning to Pittsburgh on a 1 year deal, taking a massive paycut to return to his home over larger offers from divisional rivals and Super Bowl contenders to accommodate Pittsburgh’s tough cap situation. JuJu is staying home.

According to Ian Rapoport, Smith-Schuster receives a one-year contract worth $8 million.
JuJu to the #Steelers on a 1-year worth $8M, source said. He had better offers from the #Ravens and the #Chiefs. But stays in PIT. https://t.co/Kz9aaR1srN

It was reported that JuJu had three offers on the table and passed on them to stay with the Steelers.
