Kevin Durant Responds To Kyrie Irving’s Refusal To Get VAXXED!
Kyrie Irving forgets that he is part of a team called the Brooklyn Nets, NOT the Iriving Nets which is why he will still NOT be allowed to play at any home games, like Rudolph the Raindeer who couldn’t play in any raindeers games.
CelebnSports247.com reports that Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving did not attend the team’s media day at Barclays Center on Monday because of New York City’s COVID-19 protocols.
It appears that this will continue to be an issue and it’s beginning to plague the team. Last month, New York City mayor Bill de Blasio issued an executive order that required New York City-area pro athletes to show proof of at least one vaccine shot to practice or play in the city.
Durant was asked if he was concerned at all about Kyrie’s vaccination status ahead of the NBA season.
asked if he was concerned about Kyrie’s vaccination status, Kevin Durant said simply “no.”
went on to say “it’s on kyrie. that’s his personal decision.”
also: “i expect us to have our whole team at some point. pic.twitter.com/okcLKRE2ki

K-Dot was diplomatic about his response saying:
That’s on Kyrie and that’s his personal decision. What he does is not on us to speculate what may happen,” Nets star Kevin Durant said. “We trust in Kyrie and I expect us to have our whole team at some point.

While James Harden said he expected Irving to address reporters later Monday and explain the situation.
Obviously, Ky is a huge part of what we’re trying to do.
Kyrie Irving is not allowed to participate in home games so long as he remains unvaccinated.
At this point, with the NBA putting their foot down about players NEEDING to be VAXXED to play in their home cities you would think Irving and the 60 other NON-VAXXED players would just get over it and take the shot.
The problem is Kyrie is believing conspiracy theories that there are microchips in the shot. Irving currently stated that he will keep his status private, like Warriors player Andrew Wiggins.
The NBA needs to hit them where it hurts next and that’s their pockets. No pay on the home games they don’t play! Maybe that will change their minds.
