Kyler Murray Trade Rumors: Cardinals GM Says There’s A ‘Zero Chance’!
Quarterback Kyler Murray may be mobile, but he’s staying put in Arizona, well for now…
CelebnSports247.com reports that Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray and the Arizona front office seem to have reached an impasse in contract negotiations this offseason.
That hasn’t stopped the rumors swirling indicating Murray may force his way out. Murray played all of the disgruntled player hits, including wiping his Instagram of any and all Cardinals mentions.
But all seems good in the Phoenix hood now.
On Thursday, Kyler Murray tweeted a pair of messages that made it clear he considers Arizona “home,” potentially ending any drama between player and organization.
Murray tweeted in response to a message from general manager Steve Keim, who said there is “zero chance” Murray will be traded this offseason.
The passer agreed, with a “100” emoji in response to a tweet by NFL Media reporter Ian Rapoport.

Patrick Peterson Weighed In On Kyler Murray Trade Rumors:
Earlier in the day, Murray responded to former Cardinals teammate Patrick Peterson, who said that he feels that Murray isn’t going to wait around for the team to build up the roster.
Peterson said:
I feel like — no disrespect to the Arizona Cardinals — I feel like if you don’t put the team in position to be successful year after year after year, they wanna sit and wait on draft picks instead of being aggressive in free agency, and going to get guys who will help you get better right now versus waiting on the future, and Kyler Murray’s not gonna sit around and wait for that.

Murray is eligible for a contract extension on top of his rookie deal after completing his third season in the NFL. The No. 1 overall pick of the 2019 NFL Draft has played well for the Cardinals but is still searching for his first playoff win as their starter.
In February Kyler posted this about Arizona being home:
