Yes, this happened, last week Martellus Bennett’s brother Michael Bennett landed back in Boston replacing Trey Flowers of the New England Patriots.
After hearing the news, Martellus Bennett was seriously thinking about coming out of retirement to play alongside his brother for the first time in their NFL careers. But that’s not gonna happen, see why on the flip…
CelebNSports247.com reports that NFL veteran Martellus Bennett has been completely transparent about his weed smoking on Instagram.
The only problem is that weed is NOT legal in all 51 states and the NFL has NOT approved smoking it if you’re a NFL player.
Which means, NO NFL return for Martellus Bennett. The 32-year-old hunk spent 2016 and parts of 2017 with the Patriots and earned a Super Bowl ring playing tight end for the team. Safe to say that he knows a thing or two about playing in New England and adapting to the Patriot Way.
