Back in January LA Clippers star Blake Griffin punched Matias Testi in the head, but reason were not reveal. Now Matias Testi No Longer Works For The LA Clippers!!!
Flip and find out why Matias Testi is no longer coming back to the Clippers after Blake Griffin attacked him…
CelebNSports247.com has just learned that the LA Clippers has officially announced that the former assistant equipment manager Matias Testi will no longer be with the Clippers.
If you recall, The NBA was investigating the incident that took place on Jan. 23, 2016. DeadSpin reports that the LA Clippers forward Blake Griffin punched assistant equipment manager Matias Testi in the head after teasing gone wrong. Blake ended up breaking his own hand, as well as he should. He was wrong.
At the time the incident was labeled an “Undisclosed team-related incident” which was a mystifying bit of phraseology that raises all kinds of question about how exactly Griffin broke his hand. The incident all went down up in Drake’s neck of the woods, Toronto. Assistant equipment manager Matias Testi was punched in the face by Blake Griffin during a fight in Toronto. Blake immeadiately flew back to LA after the incident occured.
Now almost eight months later, a rep for the Clippers confirmed Matias Testi “no longer works for the team.”
Testi had been employed by the Clippers for years, but now he will NOT be back for the ’16/’17 season, but Blake Griffin will. Of course the star player gets his way.
Although the two sides buried the hatchet with Blake and Matias shaking hands at a Clippers game one month after the fight. Matias is left without a job.
Of course the The Clippers wouldn’t say whether Testi was fired or if he quit — or if the fight had anything to do with the situation.
What do you think about Matias Testi being fired? And we don’t want to be jerks but damn it must suck to have the last name Testi’s in a locker room around a bunch of men and their Testies. LOL!
