According to Moses Malone Jr he has filed a civil lawsuit seeking damages from Rockets star James Harden for allegedly ordering a beating outside a strip club last summer. Malone claims that is was in retaliation for a Facebook post that angered Harden. He is now pointing the finger at Harden for being responsible for “masterminding” a robbery against Malone, Isiah Carey of Houston’s Fox 26 reports.
Mind you, Malone, was beaten and robbed of $15,000 to $50,000 in jewelry at a Houston strip club in June.
Moses Malone Jr is the son of NBA Hall of Famer Moses Malone, who passed away in 2015. Malone Jr went on record speaking to The Chop Shop on 102.5 FM Tuesday that he’s been continually threatened since the incident. He feels that James Harden is behind all of this.

Malone said:
“I’ve been told to step back or they’re going to put me next to my dad.”
On June 24, Malone posted on Facebook criticizing Harden for charging $249 for a basketball camp.
Malone’s lawyer, George Farah, told ABC-13 News in July:
“The post basically referenced the fact that James Harden was charging $250 for a basketball camp.”

Malone’s suit alleges that Harden paid the robbers $20,000 to attack him after Harden became upset over Malone’s Facebook post about Harden’s basketball camp.
Four men have already been charged in the case. One of the men charged, Darian Blount, told Malone during the attack that he “disrespected James Harden and that he needs to be punished after that,” according to a criminal complaint. Police have not connected Harden to the crime.
Malone also filed a suit against the club in August seeking $1 million in damages. ?
