An explosive player with tremendous production scoring 17 TDs in 2016. Good addition for Blake Bortles to help stretch defenses downfield.

Seattle Seahawks:
4th Round – #111 – Tedric Thompson | SS, Colorado – Height: 6-0 Weight: 204
Seattle knows safeties and Thompson can cover, though will need to be a more consistent tackler.

Los Angeles Rams:
4th Round – #112 – Eddie Jackson | SS, Alabama – Height: 6-0 Weight: 201
A four-year starter with the ability to develop into a single high safety with return ability. Has durability concerns after tearing his ACL in 2015 and fracturing his leg in 2016.

Lost Angeles Chargers :
4th Round – #113 – Rayshawn Jenkins | FS, Miami (Fla.) – Height: 6-1 Weight: 214
A safety prospect with good size, athleticism and an aggressive mindset … should excel as a special teamer while he develops as a safety for the Chargers.

Kansas City Chiefs:
4th Round – #114- Samaje Perine | RB, Oklahoma – Height: 5-11 Weight: 233
Fills a need at RB giving the Redskins a good 1-2 punch in the backfield.

Arizona Cardinals:
4th Round – #115 – Dorian Johnson | OG, Pittsburgh – Height: 6-5 Weight: 300
A durable, athletic guard prospect who has experience at playing some tackle. Great value in Round 4.

Cincinatin Bengels:
4th Round – #116 – Carl Lawson | DE, Auburn – Height: 6-2 Weight: 253
An impressive physical specimen, Lawson will add pass rush to the Bengals defense. Short arms and durability are concerns.

Los Angeles Chargers:
4th Round – #117 – Josh Reynolds | WR, Texas A&M – Height: 6-3 Weight: 197
A three-year starter with good length and long speed to stretch a defense, but struggles against physical cornerbacks. Another weapon to help Goff in this draft.

Philadelphia Eagles:
4th Round – #118 – Mack Hollins | WR, North Carolina – Height: 6-4 Weight: 210
A big and fast receiver prospect with good leadership, character and will contribute on special teams.

Chicago Bears:
4th Round – #119 – Tarik Cohen | RB, North Carolina A&T – Height: 5-6 Weight: 179
Tiny at 5-foot-6 and 179 pounds, Cohen is a scatback type of runner who can help as a returner right away. Could maybe be used sparingly as a Darren Sproles-like change-of-pace runner. A little early for him.

A one-year starter with good speed and athleticism, but major concerns with his commitment to football and durability. Way too early in Round 4.

A strong, tough, competitive guard who consistently gets the job done. Quality pick in Round 4 for the Ravens

A natural leader and three-year starter with starting potential, but red flags medically with multiple shoulder injuries.

An athletic edge player with good speed and hustle with some ability to rush the passer. Helps fill a need, but a raw prospect many scouts considered a priority free agent.

Cleveland Browns:
4th Round – #126 – Howard Wilson | CB, Houston – Height: 6-1 Weight: 184
Productive cornerback prospect with good natural instincts and finished second in the AAC in passes defended (15) and interceptions (5). Good value here in the fourth.

Detroit Lions:
4th Round – #127 – Michael Roberts | TE, Toledo – Height: 6-4 Weight: 270
A one-year starter with good size and athleticism. A former basketball player who was a red zone threat for Toledo catching 16 touchdowns in his only year as a starter.

New England Patriots:
4th Round – #128 – Josh Malone | WR, Tennessee – Height: 6-3 Weight: 208
Three-year starter at Tennessee with good size and speed, who averaged 19.4 yards per catch, but a body catcher with some drops on tape. Helps add depth behind A.J. Green.

A two-year starter at left tackle for the Gators, Sharpe has the body and the athleticism to start, but some concerns as he is almost blind in his right eye.

4th Round – #130 – Julie´n Davenport | OT, Bucknell – Height: 6-7 Weight: 315
A tackle prospect with the longest arms in the draft. Though he needs to get stronger, he has the potential to develop into a starter. Good value in Round 4.

New England Patriots:
4th Round – #131 – Deatrich Wise Jr. | DE, Arkansas – Height: 6-5 Weight: 275
A powerful rotational DT prospect with some immaturity and concerns over his coachability.

Philadelphia Eagles: 
4th Round – #132 – Donnel Pumphrey | RB, San Diego State – Height: 5-8 Weight: 176
Though very undersized player at 5-foot-8, 178 pounds, Pumphrey finished his college career as the all-time leading rusher in FBS history with 6,405 yards.

Dallas Cowboys: 
4th Round – #133- Ryan Switzer | WR, North Carolina – Height: 5-9 Weight: 181
A very similar player to current Cowboys receiver Cole Beasley, Switzer is a slot receiver with tremendous return ability. Likely to replace Lucky Whitehead as starting returner.

A long-term developmental project at QB who is very intelligent and a coach?s dream off the field. Inconsistent mechanics, accuracy and decision-making will lead to him sitting and learning behind Big Ben until he hangs them up.

Atlanta Falcons:
4th Round – #136 – Sean Harlow | OG, Oregon State – Height: 6-4 Weight: 303
A four-year starter at Oregon State with experience at both tackle positions. Some project as a guard due to his skill set. Will provide depth as he continues to develop.

Indianapolis Colts:
4th Round – #137 – Zach Banner | OG, Southern California – Height: 6-8 Weight: 353
A decent selection this late in Round 4, Banner may slide inside to guard utilizing his big base and mauling style, but a good fit for the Colts who need to do a better job of protecting Luck.

A walk-on turned second team All-Big Ten player, Glasgow has limited pass rush ability, but stout run defense and a red-hot motor that never cools. Considered a candidate to swap to offensive line by some teams.

4th Round – #139 – Jehu Chesson | WR, Michigan – Height: 6-2 Weight: 204

New York Giants:
4th Round – #140 – Wayne Gallman | RB, Clemson – Height: 6-0 Weight: 215

New York Jets:
4th Round – #141 – Chad Hansen | WR, California – Height: 6-2 Weight: 202
Very good value this late in the fourth round, Hansen is a very mechanically sound receiver who can stretch the defense and has few holes in his game. Great pick by the Jets, just don´t know who will throw to him.

Houston Texans:
4th Round – #142 – Carlos Watkins | DT, Clemson – Height: 6-4 Weight: 312

Indianapolis Colts:
4th Round – #143 – Marlon Mack | RB, South Florida – Height: 5-11 Weight: 213
A productive runner from South Florida who will spell Frank Gore as a change-of-pace back with good elusiveness and receiving skills.

Indianapolis Colts:
4th Round – #144 – Grover Stewart | DT, Albany State – Height: 6-4 Weight: 347
A defensive line prospect and four-year starter at Division II school with above-average size, good strength and all-around ability. Helps add depth at Colts defensive line.
