NFL Fines Packers + Aaron Rodgers for Violating COVID Protocols!

For the past week, all we have heard is Aaron Rodgers made a stance that he would not be getting VAXXED. He has been non-stop complaining that the “woke” and “cancel culture” were on a witch hunt for him!  Now the NFL has stepped up with some fines.

League officials had launched an investigation into the Packers’ adherence to safety protocols after Rodgers, the league’s reigning MVP, tested positive for the coronavirus last week.

CelebnSports247.com reports that following Aaron Rodgers’ positive test for Covid-19 and confirmation that he is unvaccinated, the NFL has fined the Green Bay Packers $300k.

Aaron Rodgers and Allen Lazard were also fined $14,650 each for attending an unmasked Halloween party.

The NFL imposed fines Tuesday on quarterback Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers for violations of the league’s coronavirus protocols. That came hours after Rodgers said in a broadcast interview that he stands by the comments he made last week about his vaccination status

According to the NFL, Rodgers and Lazard’s fines are a result of attending a Halloween party. With both players not vaccinated, they are prohibited from attending gatherings outside team facilities. The infraction resulted in a $14,650 fine for each player.

The NFL handed the Packers organization a $300,000 fine for its part in not properly enforcing safety protocols, including allowing Rodgers to not wear a mask at press conferences and not disciplining the players despite knowing about the Halloween party after it happened.

Packers president Mark Murphy said in a statement:

We respect the League’s findings and we recognize the importance of adherence to the COVID protocols to keep our team and organization safe and healthy. We will continue to educate the team regarding the importance of the protocols and remain committed to operating within the protocols.

Of course, Rodgers was not suspended, and the Packers said they accepted the penalties. Since he was fined by the NFL, Aaron has admitted to ‘misleading’ others about his vaccination status.
