CelebNSports2.com reports via RapSheet’s Ian Rapoport who dropped the news today that the “Panthers organization and Cam Newton’s agents have agreed to allow Cam and his agency team to seek a trade.”

This is a big change up for the Panthers. Earlier today the Carolina Panthers made an official announcement that they were giving Cam Newton permission to seek a trade.

Minutes after the announcement Cam revealed that the team bullied and “forced” him into the situation.

Newton wrote in a comment using special characters from his verified Instagram account:

Stop with the word play!! I never asked for it!! There is no dodging this one. I love the Panthers to death and will always love you guys!! Please do not try and play me, or manipulate the narrative and act like I wanted this; you forced me into this!!
