Since the Saints decided on re-signing quarterback Jameis Winston to a Two-Year deal with the organization, Baker is definitely not a candidate for New Orleans.

Now, we have more bad news for Baker when it comes to the Panthers.

According to Will Kunkel of Fox Charlotte Baker won’t be heading to the Carolina Panthers either.

Why? They’re just not that interested in Baker Mayfield.

Carolina has Sam Darnold on the roster at quarterback and if the team thinks he is better than Baker Mayfield, then that tells you where the 2018 first-overall pick’s stock is at right now.

We previously reported that the Indianapolis Colts were among the teams which Mayfield would want to play for via ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. But the Colts have since traded for Matt Ryan.

The Browns’ acquisition of Deshaun Watson from the Houston Texans has all but sealed Mayfield’s exit from Cleveland, basically, he is running out of places to go.
