Patrick Mahomes Shuts Down Rumor About Banning Fiancée + Brother!
This is absolutely NOT true, according to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. And for the record, No, the Chiefs quarterback isn’t going to stop Brittany and Jackson from attending games. And, he thinks y’all are weird…
CelebnSports247.com reports Patrick Mahomes’ fiancée Brittany Matthews and his brother Jackson catch plenty of heat on social media for some of their antics at Patrick’s games.
You know, things like Brittany’s seemingly constant screaming and Jackson’s TikTok dances, especially the one on Sean Taylor’s jersey number painted on the grass when the Chiefs played at Washington in October.
So, when former NFL player and current sports talk radio host Rich Ohrnberger tweeted on Friday that he’s been told the Chiefs quarterback has asked his fiancée and brother to not attend any games next season because they’ve become a distraction, it went viral. Sports sites aggregated the tweet and the word spread.
It took Patrick Mahomes just a couple hours to squash the whole thing.
The quarterback tweeted Friday afternoon:
Y’all just be making stuff up these days!

Twenty-five minutes after Mahomes’ tweet, Ohrnberger backtracked on a now deleted Tweet, trying to blame his original tweet on something seemingly straight out of MTV’s “Catfish.”
Ohrnberger posted on Twitter:
I can’t substantiate the information that I tweeted out earlier today regarding Patrick Mahomes and his family. The source I received this information from was posing as someone I trust. I will delete this tweet later today along with the original thread. Please pass this along.
Wow, when you are wrong, you delete the post. #SAD.
