Raiders GM Mike Mayock Informed He Just Got FIRED!

Basically, he won’t be retained after three years of hard work!

The Las Vegas Raiders are doing some major changes and this time it appears that GM Mike Mayock just got FIRED…

CelebnSports247.com reports via Ian Rapoport that after three years as the general manager, Mike Mayock has been fired by the Raiders!

An offseason of change, however, is underway as Las Vegas Raiders are firing general manager Mike Mayock, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported.

#Raiders GM Mike Mayock was informed that he won’t be retained, source said. Jon Gruden resigned in October, Mayock now out in January.

The decision was made several days ago, but was not made official Monday until after the team had submitted interview requests for potential successors, Rapoport added.

The team said in a statement:

We have relieved Mike Mayock of his duties as General Manager of the Las Vegas Raiders…We thank Mike for his contributions over the last three years in helping to form the foundation for the franchise to build upon in its future.
