CelebNSports247.com reports that Raiders Nation quarterback Derek Carr doesn’t want the Raiders to end up with the number one overall draft pick in April.

No, he has his own plans, which proves that he may NOT be a team player for the Raiders.

See, Derek Carr feels that if they have the number one overall draft pick in April, they might just draft a quarterback.

That could possibly put Carr on the chopping block or have him traded before the team heads to Las Vegas.

During an interview with Pro Football Talk Derick revealed:

I want to mess up the draft. I don’t want the first pick.

Carr plans to play for his job the rest of the season. He did his part on Sunday by leading Oakland to a win over the Cardinals.

The win dropped the Raiders to the third overall spot. Carr will need to keep winning to drop them further down in the draft order.

Carr has a lot of work ahead of him. He will not only have to defeat his opponent, but he will also have to defeat some on the Raiders who want to tank for a new quarterback. – SportsGossip
