CelebNSports247.com has learned that that Barbadian singer Rihanna turned down this year’s Super Bowl half-time show to support the unfair punishment to Quarterback Kaepernick.

Quarterback Colin Kaepernick has been blackballed by the NFL ever since he decided to kneel during the US national anthem. Kaeps movement had several players follow suit, leading to criticism from President Donald Trump.

The backlash continued and the NFL refused to rehire Kaepernick to a team for using his platform kneeling during The Star-Spangled Banner was to protests oppression, the unfair treatment to people of color and police brutality against African Americans and racial inequality.

Kaepernick has been without a team since he opted out of his contract with the San Francisco 49ers in March 2017.

He has filed a grievance against NFL team owners he claims conspired not to hire him because of his protests and has become the face of a new Nike advertising campaign.

In a new article, a source close to the singer reportedly told US Weekly magazine that Rihanna “does not agree with the NFL’s stance”.

Maroon 5 will now headline the show, which will take place on 3 February in Atlanta, Georgia. Prepare to be board this year, so bring your pillows for your halftime snooze.
