We previously reported that the Baltimore Ravens LB Terrell Suggs Arrest in Scottsdale, AZ, now Suggs will face charges stemming from his one-car crash on March 4, CelebNSports247.com has learned via SportingNews.

The Ravens linebacker on Tuesday was formally charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to notify after striking a fixture, Sgt. Ben Hoster of the Scottsdale Police Department confirmed to ESPN.com.

Both misdemeanors could result in jail time — the suspended license carries up to a six-month sentence, and the failure to notify charge holds up to a 30-day sentence — but such charges typically are reduced to fines.

Police said Suggs crashed his vehicle into a wall before leaving the scene around 1 a.m. on March 4. Suggs has denied leaving the scene, claiming he went to a local Mexican restaurant to call a friend for a ride, where he fell asleep. Upon investigation, police discovered Suggs had a suspended license for unpaid speeding tickets and arrested him.

He was also ticketed for failure to control speed during a collision, which amounts to a fine.

Suggs will appear before a judge for the charges in April.
